When Impact crusher works, the motor drives the rotor rotate with high speed, on the rotor where installed the hammers with high-tech raw material. When the crushed materials get into the Stone Impact crusher inner space where the hammers effect, under the impact function of the hammer at a high speed, the materials are thrown to the impact device above the rotor continuously. And then the materials are rebounded from the impact liner to the area where the hammers effects for being recrushed. Jaw Crusher Operating Principle:
Primary jaw crusher is typically of the square opening design, and secondary jaw crusher is of the rectangular opening design. Portable Jaw Crusher reduces large size rocks or ore by placing the rock into compression. A fixed jaw board, mounted in a "V" alignment is the stationary breaking surface, while the movable jaw exerts force on the rock by forcing it against the stationary plate. The space at the bottom of the "V" aligned jaw plates decide the crusher product size gap, or the size of the crushed product from the jaw crusher. The rock remains in the jaw until it is small enough to pass through the gap at the bottom of the jaws.
