Jaw crusher Working Principle
The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when moving jaw moves. So the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outletJ

Jaw crusher Usage and Maintenance
1) The
Rock Jaw crusher can be put into operation only when it works normally without load.
2) The stuff should be fed steadily.
3) Temperature rise of bearing should not exceed 35, the max temperature should not exceed 70.Otherwise, stop the machine and examine at once.
4) Stop feeding before stopping the motor. Stop the motor only when all the stuff is discharged from the machine.
5) If the machine is blocked by the stuff, stop the motor at once. Start up the machine again when the blocked stuff is clean away.

Jaw Crusher Operating Principle:
Primary jaw crusher is typically of the square opening design, and secondary jaw crusher is of the rectangular opening design. Portable Jaw Crusher reduces large size rocks or ore by placing the rock into compression. A fixed jaw board, mounted in a "V" alignment is the stationary breaking surface, while the movable jaw exerts force on the rock by forcing it against the stationary plate. The space at the bottom of the "V" aligned jaw plates decide the crusher product size gap, or the size of the crushed product from the jaw crusher. The rock remains in the jaw until it is small enough to pass through the gap at the bottom of the jaws.

Jaw Crusher Parts:
